Over the past few weeks, I have become more and more convinced of the need for interaction with news and happenings in our community.  A blog search of our town yields very little.  For the most part, Southern Baptists in rural Kentucky are not very common on the web.  The purpose of this blog is to provide information that hopefully will be intellectually stimulating, biblically coherent, locally relevant, and fun.

Please feel free to comment, however, all comments are subject to moderator review.  I trust that you will grow because of your time here.    The format is very simple.  As occassion arises, I will be posting entries that I feel deserve a comment.  I will state my case as succinctly as possible.  I have no idea if anyone will ever read this blog or ever comment.  But, my greatest purpose is to challenge me to think critically and articulate my thoughts in an edifying way.
